Matthew Hanna - Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Matthew has over twenty two years experience as an owner & operator of a civil contracting firm with experience in commercial & residential site work, asphalt & concrete construction. This work consists of large retail and distribution centers for Wal Mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target and various others. Matthew is responsible for all aspects of business planning, financial management & oversight of construction team.

Lee Souder - President

Lee Souder, President of M. Hanna Construction Co., Inc., began his career with M. Hanna Construction in 1996 after completing his undergraduate studies at West Texas A&M University.  His experience began in the field as a working hand and then a foreman on various projects.  His hard work, diligence, and loyalty paid off in 1998, when Lee took on an administrative position with M. Hanna Construction as a Project Manager, as well as Shop/Equipment Manager. In the summer of 2006, Lee became President of M. Hanna
Construction.  He thrives on building positive relationships with customers as well as his co-workers.  Lee is dedicated to making M. Hanna Construction successful in all aspects of their business while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

Heath Halbert - Chief Financial Officer

Heath Halbert, CFO of the company, began his career with M. Hanna Construction in 2004 after completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at Texas A&M in Commerce. His career began as controller and IT manager for the company. In the summer of 2006, Heath became CFO of M. Hanna Construction. His technical skills work in conjunction with his business management skills, and under his direction, M Hanna Construction migrated into the modern age with the implementation of the most sophisticated accounting and project management software in the industry.

Bob Roberts - Vice President of Operations

With over forty years experience in management and supervision of extensive projects in heavy excavation, site preparation, utilities, paving and concrete construction, Bob Roberts is also an experienced estimator and equipment manager. Bob is responsible for all aspects of field operations and supervision of general superintendents.
